Earth Credit Registry

A public ledger of Earth Credit batches issued by Landseed PBC under the EC-M-1.1 methodology. Each batch documents one annual vintage of a single property: the assessed area, the six SEEA EA dimension scores, the threat decomposition with cited sources, and the resulting credit count. Records are append-only — vintages are issued once and never rewritten. Reading and verifying any record is open to anyone; issuance is operated by Landseed alone.

The unit is the credit batch, not the property. Each row is a single annual issuance: credits = acres × ECI_conservative × threat_multiplier. The same property produces a new batch each year (vintage 2026, 2027, …) and methodology revisions produce new batches without rewriting old ones. Vintage P01-2026 exists forever, regardless of what happens to P01-2027.

What's in the ledger. The current ten batches are simulated — drawn from the pre-minting validation portfolio used to drive EC-M-1.1 end-to-end across grassland, old-growth forest, estuary, desert, montane, marine, savanna, mangrove, and high-altitude ecosystems. They are real ecosystems modeled at realistic ranges, with documented sources for every threat component. Live verifiable batches will follow as monitoring goes online; the P01–P10 id space is reserved for that transition.

Click any row to see the full batch record — the credit math broken out line by line, the live site monitoring (camera, bioacoustic, climate, fire watch), the six SEEA EA dimension scores, the threat decomposition with each source cited, the soil profile, biodiversity, financials, and a formal audit trail. If a number looks wrong, please tell us. Every entry is open for scrutiny.
